Classification of machine tools in five-axis linkage machining

1, workbench cradle type: According to the basis of the traditional three-axis machining center, coupled with the cradle type workbench, the workpiece is shaken to become a 3 + 2 type five-axis linkage machining center. 2, vertical spindle double swing head: there is generally an electric spindle with a loose broach structure in the center of the swing head, so the size of the double swing head itself is not easy to make small, coupled with the needs of the double swing head range of activity, so the processing range of the five-axis linkage machine tool with the double swing head structure should not be too small, but the shorter the better, generally gantry or moving beam gantry. The linkage axis is X/Y/Z / [**] / C, and the B-axis does not rotate in the Y-axis direction.
3, horizontal spindle double swing head: in accordance with the horizontal machining center structure of the double swing head five-axis linkage. The linkage axis is X/Y/Z/B/C, and the X-axis direction [**] axis does not rotate.
4, table shaking type: After the direct drive motor is mature, the structure of five-axis linkage processing has also been greatly improved. The whole table can be double shaken. Now the C-axis direct drive can reach the role of turning. The linkage axis is X/Y/Z/B/C, and the X-axis direction [**] axis does not rotate.
5, the table spindle shaking: according to the evolution of the shaking arrangement, the table and the spindle shaking respectively, constituting a combination of them. The linkage axis is X/Y/Z / [**] / C, and the B-axis does not rotate in the Y-axis direction.
